Helping neurospicy people plan their weddings without losing their sanity
Wedding plan is stressful for everyone – add to that the extra challenge of having ADHD and you’re in for a wild ride. Unless, of course, you’re willing to forgo the “traditional” ways to plan and find a way to create an amazing day that works for your and your unique, magical brain.

Hi, I’m Beth!
Beth, Founder & CEO of Bride with ADHD
I’ve been a bridesmaid seven times and I’ve worked with neurodiverse people for years, acting as an outsourced executive function for smart, successful people (mostly women). I want to use my experience and skills to help you create an amazing experience for you and your sweetie.
What Is Bride with ADHD?
Bride with ADHD is part wedding planning support, part executive function fairy godmother, created specifically for neurodivergent people who want to feel less “what the hell am I doing?” and more “oh wow, I actually get to enjoy this.”
Founded by someone who’s been in eight (!) weddings and knows firsthand how overwhelming—and wonderful—this process can be, Bride with ADHD offers tools, coaching, and guidance that actually works with your brain. No pressure, no perfectionism, no Pinterest guilt. Just honest strategies, heartfelt support, and the occasional reminder that you are doing amazing.
Through our free podcast, 1:1 coaching, and other offerings, we help you stay focused on what matters most: making this season of your life feel meaningful, manageable, and maybe even magical.
